Product features

Manufactured in strict accordance with CAAC MH/T6012-2015, FAA and ICAO standards, the fully sealed light has a high-strength, one-piece die-cast aluminum base with a baked powder finish and a UV-resistant PC cover. The hardware resists aging, impact, severe cold, corrosion, water vapor, UV, magnetic fields and microwaves. High-power, high-brightness LEDs have constant-voltage, constant-current and heat-dissipation protection. A proprietary reflective optical system redirects and compresses the LED output into a high-brightness horizontal beam, particularly suited to buildings with strong background architectural lighting. A high-performance microcomputer driver provides 24-hour synchronized flashing when connected to the control box. An internal photocell detects ambient light and automatically changes the emitting color between daytime white 20000cd and night-time red 2000cd.

产品严格按照中国民航总局MH/T6012-2015标准和美国联邦航空管理局FAA标准，国际民航组织ICAO标准生产制造。整灯采用全密封工艺制作，灯器底座采用高强度铝材一次性压铸而成，表面经过喷塑烤漆工艺处理。灯罩采用PC抗UV材质制作而成。灯体硬件具有抗老化、抗冲击、耐严寒、耐腐蚀、防水蒸气、防紫外线、抗磁场微波等优点。光源选用大功率高亮度LED光源，同时配备恒压、恒流、散热电路保护光源安全工作。内部自主研发的反射式光学系统将LED光源反折射压缩成水平光柱，从而形成超高亮发光效果。特别适用于带景观亮化背景光比较强的建筑物。驱动部分选用高性能微电脑集成电路控制，只需连接控制箱航空障碍灯即可实现24小时全天候同步闪烁。通过内部光感器自动识别环境背景光亮度，智能转换灯器发光颜色，从而达到白天（白光20000cd）、夜间（红光2000cd）两种变光要求。
